AI Smart Electromagnetic Generator
AISEG is a compact electromagnetic module that ENXIA deploys as distributed, 24×7 plants at industrial and data-center loads — power generated next to the place that uses it, non-stop, so it does not have to travel the grid and does not stop with the weather.

What AISEG is
ENXIA’s technology introduction describes a patented structure: no physical rotation. The same electromotive force that a rotary machine produces by alternating N and S poles is generated by AI-driven digital power switching — on the order of 120 on/off cycles per second — acting on an electromagnetic assembly.
Our solution
Operates immediately on connection. Zero loading time.
Safe static structure. No turbine, no shaft, no mechanical rotation.
Hardware and software set output phase to the consumer’s requirement.
No stack fuel. No combustion emissions. Named input is electrical excitation / control current.
No mechanical wear. Specified service life exceeding sixty years.
Capacity factor above 95% is an AISEG operating specification in the September 2026 introduction. The same introduction lists a startup-energy multiple greater than 5× — that is not a heat-engine efficiency percentage, and this site does not present it as over-unity or perpetual motion. Capital cost per kilowatt is currently comparable to nuclear because it is calculated from the experimental prototype. Volume production may reduce unit cost; that reduction is not stated here as today’s price. LCOE is marked comparably lower, TBC.

Working principle
Conventional hydro, wind, thermal, and nuclear plants create alternating N and S magnetic poles by driving a mechanical rotor. AISEG keeps the electromagnetic induction path — electricity to magnetism, magnetism to electricity — and replaces the rotor with a remanence activation loop: a short excitation pulse, a remnant field, then a sustained generation phase under digital control.
The named electrical input is a control current held at 13 A from one module to a thirty-module string, plus the excitation pulse that starts the loop. Coil fields add as units are paralleled; output is specified to grow in arithmetic progression. That is the scaling rule ENXIA uses to design U.S. plants. Independent energy-balance publication is not posted on this site.

Test record
The introduction records industrial-model demonstrations with live input/output metering, input-battery measurement, and verification support from Korea Electric Power Corporation. KOLAS-accredited test reports from KES and instrument calibration certificates from Korea Calab are cited as the laboratory backbone. Document numbers and PDFs are not published on this site; the laboratory pack is available from ENXIA on request.
From module to plant
AISEG has been presented at WFES Abu Dhabi, a Seoul international demonstration, and COP28. ENXIA turns those modules into off-grid plants for U.S. industry and data centers.
